Attention business owners and managers! You will want to attend this workshop to learn about the tri-pod that generates revenue (that’s money) for your business, and the selling techniques you and your employees can employ to increase sales.
Salesmanship is one leg of the revenue generation tri-pod. The other two (2) legs are marketing and customer service. Marketing consists of a series of messages sent to target markets to get them aware of, and interested in your businesses product and/or service. Marketing has achieved its’ purpose when it gets the buyer’s attention. Now salesmanship comes into play; it consists of those actions taken by your business to convert interested buyers into customers. Salesmanship seals the deal! That’s what we will be talking about on October 12th.
The third leg of the tri-pod is customer service. Once you have sealed the deal through a sale, you want to keep the customer coming back. That will be the subject of the next workshop in this series.
