Rapid Recovery – Granada Hills
Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 | 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
California has been prone to serious earthquakes, and with so much talk surrounding “the big one,” it is imperative that businesses be ready to recover when it does happen. As a business in L.A., the risk is real… and not just for you; but to your employees, customer base, and the regional economy as a whole. As they say, it’s not if it will happen, but when.
The 1-hour Rapid Recovery seminar will offer practical steps to address the critical, vulnerable elements of business in LA: Data & Information, Operation, Inventory, Equipment & Facilities, and People. The session is designed with businesses in mind who want to get the essential steps to get the business up and running as quickly as possible.
These seminars will feature two distinguished experts:
– Mary Lou Zoback, former Chief Scientist of the USGS Earthquake Science Center
– Ines Pearce, Chair of the Disaster Resistant Business Workgroup and Senior Disaster Advisor for the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
