We will also cover how to do Payroll the right way to avoid audits or problems with tax agencies such as the IRS, EDD, and more.
Instructor: John Ismerio
John Ismerio, MBA, graduated from the University of California, Riverside. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a master’s degree in finance (MBA). In 2002, he founded his own accounting and tax company, ISTAXpro. He has been invited by Univison to share his experience within the television news program “34 a Su Lado”. He is currently Secretary of the Los Angeles Committee of PROSPANICA.ORG, Association of Hispanic Professionals with a Master’s Degree in Finance.
As a bilingual entrepreneur, he has helped clients solve tax and accounting challenges for residents and non-residents (ITIN’S). Currently, he specializes in accounting for Hispanic companies, such as the import and export of wholesalers from the Los Angeles commercial center. He is also a specialist in the food, contractor, and entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
